Norfolk Uncovered is the brainchild of Norfolk-born Chris Richmond, fusing together many of his former interests into the finished production we see today.
Chris has a musical background and has always been a fan of filmmaking.
Previously recognised for his musical stage presence known as DJ OSKA, Chris studied music at the College of West Anglia, gaining 2 BTEC qualifications.
The idea of Norfolk Uncovered was born after Chris stumbled across several fascinating sites whilst walking his dogs around the Norfolk countryside.
This led to the research of some of these sites, and being invited to participate in Living TV's "Most Haunted Live: The Silent Town" at RAF West Raynham, inspired him to create videos on more forgotten sites throughout the County.
The first Norfolk Uncovered episode started off as an experiment with no plans to create a format for future productions. Chris himself voiced the narration, which he wasn't entirely happy with.
However, Chris' Grandfather, Michael Richmond stepped in and was more than happy to narrate, and so the series began...
Four years later, Norfolk Uncovered has visited many sites across the County, continuing to capture on film our fast-disappearing heritage.
